  • Computational drug design approaches: biomolecular modeling and simulation
  • Ligand molecule 2D, 3D characterization, bioactivity evaluation, drug-likeness properties
  • Computational prediction of  molecular toxicity
  • Computational ligand-receptor interaction through molecular docking, geometry optimization
  • Bioinformatics tools, particularly for investigating the sequence level interactions between  biomolecules
  • Intra- and  intermolecular interactions involved in the molecular self-assembly of biomolecules
  • Extracellular matrix (ECM) formation in vitro, integrated into collagen-cell interaction
  • Biomaterial production through molecular self-assembly
  • Biomaterials for tissue engineering and their biophysical/biomechanical properties
  • Computational/structural analysis of biomolecule interactions and networks
